With Your Nature is run by Revel Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16329250, with its registered office at Suite Ff5, Crafton House, Mentmore Way, Poringland, Norwich, NR14 7XP. Using it means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose.
What this is
A planning companion. It reads your calendar, works out roughly when you tend to be sharper and when you tend to have less spare, and emails you a short note each morning about the shape of the day.
What this is not
It is not medical, clinical or psychological advice, and it is not a health product. It does not diagnose anything, it does not measure anything about your body, and it should not be used to make decisions about your health. If you are worried about your health, speak to a doctor.
The three ideas behind it sit on different ground, and it is worth being straight about that. Chronotype is reasonably well researched. Biorhythms are a century-old idea with no scientific standing, included as a rhythm rather than a rule. A star sign is flavour, and can be switched off. None of it predicts your day. Treat the note as a prompt to think, not an instruction to follow.
Early access
This is in development. Things will change, break, and occasionally be wrong. Notes may be late or may not arrive at all. Do not rely on it for anything that matters, and keep using whatever you already use to run your day.
Your account
Give accurate information at setup, because inaccurate details produce a note about somebody who is not you. Links to your day page contain a long random code and let anyone who has one see that day, so keep them to yourself.
Your calendar
Access is read-only. Nothing is written, changed or deleted. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account, and the notes stop. Only connect a calendar you have the right to connect: if it belongs to an employer, that is their decision to make, not yours.
Cost
Free during early access. If it becomes paid, you will be told well before anything is charged, and never charged without agreeing first.
Stopping
Email hello@withyournature.com and you will be removed. Access may be withdrawn at short notice, most likely because the service is changing rather than because of anything you have done.
Where responsibility sits
The service is offered as it is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted. Decisions about your time remain yours. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ownership
The name, the writing and the design are owned by Tom Vince and used by Revel Studios Ltd under licence. Your own information stays yours.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and anything significant will be sent to you by email.
